The vote is to elect 1 member to the KKW Board. 2. This election will be conducted by postal vote 3. You must be a registered member of KKW, over 18 years of age with a current address on the database to be eligible to vote 4. Voting packs will be distributed by the KKW office to all eligible voters to the address on the current database. 5. Voting packs will include, voting forms, candidate bio's and self addressed return envelopes 6. Voters will select 1(one) candidate on the voting form and return the form in the self addressed envelope provided to the KKW office 7. To be included in the count voting forms need to be in to the KKW office by 5pm 7 November 2011 8. The successful candidate will be announced at the 2010/11 KKW AGM in the first instance and then by public notice. To allow for the greatest participation in the elections we need to ensure that our database is as accurate as possible. Therefore it is vitally important that we have your correct address and your date of birth to enable you to vote.
